I am an experienced team manager, as such, one of my key roles was to train, mentor and coach my
teams to a variety of different roles and constantly monitor that they met KPI’s. I was responsible in
monitoring inbound workloads to ensure I had resources in place to meet the changing demands.
I like being in situations where I am able work on my own initiative to best meet deadlines and customer
requirements, I am happy working by myself but just as comfortable in team situations whereby we can
pool knowledge and resources.
I do have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, an effective planner who can schedule
and prioritise workloads. Am self-motivated as I always strive to produce the best results possible

responsible for managing team production targets, team motivation, and absence/sickness
levels/leave/discipline. Ensuring adequate onsite staffing levels and delivery of continuous training and
awareness programmes.
