3. In this project the main concepts is to rotate the axial
shaft of turbo charger and it will work as a engine
which works on open cycle gas engine concept.
This project will work on LPG or CNG gas supply and
will produce a lot of work with less settlement cost.
This project will be helpful for many engines and power
generation on small scale bases.
The fuel will be tried to burn with full efficiency leaving
behind less exhaust gases. This engine will require
less space compare to four stroke engine and the
configuartion is not much complicated.
This project is application of internal combustion
engine and follows brayton cycle
5. Outer casing is the base for
the engine and have
ventilation in it with a tank
connector connected so that
the compressed fresh air
can be blown inside the
casing.
On outer casing the turbo
charger is connected on the
base of it.
Flame chew and copper
chew are inside the outer
casing and they work inside
the outer casing
6. Flame chew works as
combustion chamber for the
engine and one end of flame
chew is open so that the
exhaust gas can move out from
it.
While the other end is
connected with outer casing
and contain copper chew and
spark plug.
In flame chew there are many
holes so that the fresh air can
regulate.
It contain different holes of
different diameter.(18holes of
4mm,5 holes of 7mm, 5 holes
of 11mm0
7. Copper chew works is to
maintain the flow of fuel
(L.P.G OR C.N.G) inside the
flame chew.
It contains 3 holes of 4mm
diameter and reduce the
flow of fuel to the required
pressure.
It can be designed
according to the need of
power and pressure inside
the flame chew.
8. The hot fumes and exhaust
gases will move from the
flame chew into the turbo
charger and rotates the
blades and produces power.
9. Casing is used to hold turbo
charger and is connected
with the outer casing of
engine with help of rivet joint
and work as connector
between turbo charger and
outer casing
10. TANK
CONNECTOR SPARK PLUG
Tank connector is used as to
connect flame chew with
copper chew and the outer
casing with the air pump
which helps in regulating
fresh compressed air and
the passage is made with
the help of plastic pipe
Spark plug is used to ignite
the fuel and help it in
burning with the help of
spark generator with provide
current to the spark plug
with help of battery

12. It basically works on open brayton cycle.
The fuel is supplied through the copper
chew where the flow of fuel is maintained
according to the need.
When the fuel enters the flame chew the
spark plug ignites the fuel with the help of
spark generator.
The exhaust gases and hot fumes moves
into the turbo charger with pressure and
rotates its blade
13. Compressed fresh air is regulated inside
the outer casing and the flame chew by
holes inside it so the fames or combustion
process does not go out due to lack of
oxygen.
Further more it pushes exhaust gases with
more pressure inside the turbo charger.

16. The fuel might be costly as compare to
diesel but it can replace the diesel engine
used in generator as it is more eco friendly
and less harmful fumes are exhausted into
atmosphere.
It can be used in cities like Delhi, Mumbai
where small amount of cost difference is
not a big deal but eco friendly will help
reducing the pollution.
17. Compressor work can be connected with
the power generated by the engine.
Lubrication system for turbo charger can
be connected.
