INTRODUCTION
 Most interesting discoveries of new millennium
 Six phase engine
 Piston less engine
 Unique design and features
 It has comparatively high efficiency and exhaust emissions are nearly
zero
 Efficient on present world condition
GLOBAL ISSUES (NEED FOR INVENTION)
 Energy exhaustion
 Atmospheric pollution
 Hostile climate condition
Conventional energies are coal, petroleum, natural gas, water and nuclear
energy (The United Nation Energy Organization)
• Consumption of Petroleum constitutes is 60% from all sources
 Daily consumption of petroleum all over the world is
• 40 million barrel(Today)
• 2 million tonnes (Automobiles)
 By Burning of this fuels causes poisonous materials (yearly):
• CO (Carbon mono oxide) -- 500 million tonnes
• HC (Hydrocarbon) -- 100 million tonnes
• C (Carbon) -- 550 million tonnes
• NOx (Nitrogen Oxides) -- 50 million tonnes
 CO2 (Carbon dioxide) causes Greenhouse effect
 Automobiles are major energy consumer and atmosphere’s contaminator
WHAT GREEN ENGINE CAN DO?
 To reduce the environmental hazard only way is to use energy in
the way it will not harm the environment.
 Green engine is low exhaust emission, higher efficiency, low
vibration etc.
 It’s uniqueness to adopt to any well burnt fuel
TECHNICAL FEATURES OF GREEN ENGINE
• Compared to conventional piston engine operated on 4 phases, the
green engine is an actual six phase IC engine.
• It has six independent working process intake, compression, mixing,
combustion, power and exhaust resulting in the high air charge rate,
satisfactory A/F mixing, complete burning and full expansion
1. Direct air intake
2. Strong swirling
3. Sequential variable compression ratio
4. Direct fuel injector
5. Super air-fuel mixing
6. Lowest surface to volume ratio
7. Controllable combustion time
8. Constant volume combustion
9. Multi power pulses
10.High working temperature
11.High expansion ratio
12.Self-adapting sealing system
13.Vibration free
14.Limited parts and small size
CONSTRUCTION AND WORKING
• It consists a set of vanes, a pair of rotors which houses a number of small
pot like containers
• It contains two air intake port, a pair of fuel injectors and spark plugs
• The spark plug can deactivated when a fuel does not need to sparks
• The rotor is made high heat resistance and low expansion rate material
such as ceramic
• The vanes are consists in two way parts
Working can be expressed
as :
1. Intake
2. Compression
3. Mixing
4. Combustion
5. Power
6. Exhaust
ADVANTAGE
1. Small size and light weight
2. Limited parts
3. High thermal efficiency
4. Multi fuels
5. Near zero emission
6. Smooth operation
7. Fast accelerating
8. Quietness and low exhaust temperature
9. Ideal to hydrogen fuel
10.Highly reliable
11.Low cost
APPLICATIONS
 Like normal engine green engine can be employed in automobiles and
in aircrafts, too.
 Engineering applications.
 Military use.
 Electrical Generators.
 Ships and submarines.
CONCLUSION
 Pollution is minimized by green engine.
 It’s a new revolutionary engine technology.
 Green engine can work with large variety of fuels which makes
it good choice for using non-conventional fuels like bio-diesel.
 It has unique design.
Thank you
