the future optimization of a single platform.
Full planning including extensive communication plans to drive understanding of the benefits and requirements needed
from the business and reducing IT involvement outside of their remit.

To assist in the delivery of projects across the Group I developed materials that would allow managers and supervisors to
embed the project management methodology based on MSP and PRINCE2 practices.
In addition Risk management methodologies are currently following the same route using some key templates I developed
following qualifying as an M_o_R Practitioner.
Fuels Loss Prevention Programme - 2012 ongoing– Global reach
Identifying, recommending and implementing new loss prevention technologies for our Fuels Division. This was a
customer requirement as well as part of our internal continuous improvement program.
Various technologies were considered through internal and external consulting resulting in a Group commitment of $5
over a number of projects.
The projects themselves then required implementation of the PM methodology to ensure full benefits could be realized.
A loss prevention committee was established with full governance.
Design, Build and Operation of Water Bottling Plant – 2010 – Kandahar Air Base, Afghanistan
This project was the first of its kind for Supreme and was to design, build and run a state of the art water bottling facility on
Kandahar Air Base in Afghanistan. This was a 26million Euro project that required the sourcing, purchase and logistic
arrangement for the best technology in existence. Supreme had 120 days to complete this project, from design to ‘go
live’.
There was extensive external and internal stakeholder engagement required due to the nature of the site. This included
setting up steering groups that could identify any potential risk and identify mitigation measures.
The site for the build had to be moved three times due to changing security situation.
In addition I was responsible for ensuring the creation of industry aligned job descriptions that would allow us to recruit
specialised staff who were prepared to work in such an austere environment.
