RepresentedDHL’s13.5% interestinthe £2bn King’sCrossdevelopmentas1 of 8 directorsof the
Partnershipfollowingitsestablishmentin2008.
Conducted an in-depth review of existing governance procedures with all shareholders to ensure
these were robustandto reduce the riskof control failure. Providedinvestmentandfinancial advice
which was especially important as the partnership was initially cash constrained with no equity
injectionsfromtheshareholders. In2014, recommendedtoDHLthatitsstake shouldbe partiallysold
down given the buoyant London property market. Led the project working with the other selling
shareholders,investmentbankers,property advisorsandlawyers. The stake was sold in Q2 2015 for
a 600% profit over its 2008 book value.
