umidità residua del supporto base, spessore del polimero laminato oppure del coating applicato

Mesys offers a complete thickness measurement solution of top and bottom foils on calender
and of the total thickness after calender (please see layout here below)
We use last generation triangulation laser technology that we have adapted to this specific
application and its harsh environment. Our laser system has a very good accuracy (+/- 10
micron) and give a real thickness measurement using the calender roller as reference. We can
offer single point measurement or in scanning mode. For what regards post-calender
measurement we also suggest our laser technology or our USM technology for total weight.
Calender systems are available with effective controls, including: 3-zone control (dual or single
gap, cross-axis or roll bending)

before and after calendering
Multi-scanner systems can be used for in-line processes where a there is an extrusion or a
coating process before calendering . Through a differential thickness or weight measurement

Vinyl Calendering
For vinyl calender application we offer a complete measurement and control system: We use our
last generation of laser triangulation sensor for calender measurement and our USM weight
system for total measurement after calender. Where it is necessary to have e thickness
measurement also of total product we use our laser technology which is a no-contact
measurement that gives a very accurate profile of production.
Mesys Systems are available with a full control options, including left/ right or tilt control, roll
speed control to affect average weight, and roll bending and cross-axis controls.

Non-Radiometric Measurement MeSysGmbHGmbH High Tech & Innovation Rubber Calendering Mesys offers a complete thickness measurement solution of top and bottom foils on calender and of the total thickness after calender (please see layout here below) We use last generation triangulation laser technology that we have adapted to this specific application and its harsh environment. Our laser system has a very good accuracy (+/- 10 micron) and give a real thickness measurement using the calender roller as reference. We can offer single point measurement or in scanning mode. For what regards post-calender measurement we also suggest our laser technology or our USM technology for total weight.
