Automotive
Have more stringent requirements to provide
increased fuel mileage? Tighter tolerances for fuel
injection components such as nozzles and plungers
becoming more prevalent? Traditional manual
methods of inspection like optical comparators,
which only yield qualitative data resulting in “go” or
“no-go” conditions no longer adequate? We have
your solutions!
Heavy Equipment
Need your diesel fuel injectors to deliver fuel into
the engine cylinders, while precisely controlling
the injection timing, fuel atomization, and other
parameters? Our technology can help! Jenoptik
products are intended to improve your shop floor
productivity. Our process improves quality, cuts
manufacturing time and reduces costs.
Aerospace
Jenoptik provides solutions that meet or exceed the
ever changing emissions and combustion efficiency
standards in the aerospace industry. Our metrology
solutions provide reduced particulate emissions,
quieter operation, longer intervals between overhauls
and reduced fuel consumption.

Pneumatic metrology delivers consistent,
standard-compliant production results
Jenoptik, an industry leader in precision air-to-electronic metrology, offers a wide variety of part scanning and match
gauging technologies. Our solutions consist of both in-process and post-process systems, capable of measuring your
fuel injector components along with many other parts at any time during your production processes. Using state of the
art CMZ32 software, machine compensation is possible allowing complete control of the parts you manufacture.
Scan & Match Gauge Technology
Our Scan Match Gauge is easily re-tooled to
accommodate various types and sizes of outer races.
Up to an additional 30 part type programs can be
added.
Using a high-pressure air-to-electronic converter in
association with a CMZ microprocessor amplifier
to measure the part, compensate the machine,
and control the accept/reject station of the unload
conveyor. The CMZ32 software uses statistical analysis
to perform the multi-step machine compensation.
Manual multi-level gauges
An air/electronic measurement station to measure I.D
or O.D. features. This system consists of an off-line
manual measurement system that accepts parts via
manual operator load. Once a part has been loaded
the operator activates the pneumatic circuit allowing
the system to detect the part’s presence and complete
the measuring sequence. The operator then advances
the fixture to the next level and repeats the sequence.
Once all features have been measured, the CMZ32
software assembles the data and displays the final
results onscreen.
System Features:
–– Fast and precise
–– Traceable quality control
–– Supports flexible production processes
–– Flexible measuring instruments
–– Reliable measuring processes and results
–– Static and dynamic measurements of dimensional
and geometric part features
Diameters & Tolerances:
–– I.D. and O.D. sizes from .95 to 150mm
(contact us for larger sizes)
