Currently a Technical Support Representative focusing on troubleshooting any technical and customer
service issues for Barracuda's Email Security Gateway and Email Security Service. My position entails
troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of the products into a customer’s network. My primary focus
is on:
- Technical Issue Resolution

This position requires excellent customer service and communication along with multi-tasking ability,
technical skills, and research into finer issues.
My regular workday included: resolving issues with the devices and customer networks while maintaining
customer satisfaction. This often required finesse in managing customer expectation and satisfaction all while
finding solutions to resolve the issue or accomplish what the customer was seeking.
This position has led to me refining my research, diagnostic, prognostic, and treatment skills as well
broadening my technical knowledge into subjects such as security, hacking, and networking. It was absolutely
required that I go beyond my own training to bring an issue to a solution. For instance, many times it was
required that I research into a new device I was not familiar with or trained on in order to resolve the issues
customers were experiencing. This would include devices within the customers own network and devices
outside of theirs in order to reveal the source of issues and correct them.
vComSolutions – Mar.2014- Oct. 2015
I was previously Jr. Provisioner focusing on managing telecom orders, escalations, hardware inventory, and
network design. I worked with multiple carriers to coordinate the ordering, design, install, and testing of
multiple telecom circuits, both voice and data, all across the United States and in some overseas locations. My
primary focus was on

- Megapath/Global Capacity - Qwest Local
- AT&T - Toll Free Carriers

The position requires excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, organization skills and finesse in
dealing with both customers and the service providers.
My regular work day included: ordering services with carriers and managing those orders with the carrier
while keeping the customer updated regularly. More often than not, I would have to escalate with the carrier
in order satisfy customer requirements or resolve issues that arose during the order process. I also regularly
update our order system with updates and notes indicating the status of the order. I also worked closely with
our accounts, pricing, and customer engagement teams to make sure that the order is progressing as it should
and maximum customer satisfaction is achieved.
I did not hesitate to go above and beyond my regular duties if required to achieve customer satisfaction. It
isn’t unusual for me to stay in the office well past close of business to insure that large orders are submitted
with accuracy and without errors the day I receive them. I also am adept at troubleshooting when there are
problems with the orders; including inaccurate pricing and addresses, carrier error, network issues, and
customer error. I would routinely work closely with our order desk team and account team to bring these
orders to working order. My duties included verification of service location, network diagram and schematics,
network and check for compliance and compatibility.
TexasA&M TransportationService -2012- 2013
Previously worked as a Bus Driver on various campus routes on the Texas A&M University campus. My duties
were to drive the bus while maximizing time and safety. This job requires discipline and keen observation
skills inorder to stay on schedule and maintain safety standards.
Education
Graduated from Texas A&M, in the Fall of 2013, with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Information
Systems, with a GPA of 3.11.
