Dear Sir or Madam:
It has been my distinct pleasure to have worked with Joe Campos while he was the
Manager of Kimco’s on-site staffing operations at Ricoh Electronics. As the Director,
Human Resources at Ricoh, I worked directly with Joe as his customer.
Joe has excellent customer service skills. He approaches his working relationships
with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to please those he supports. How a person
responds to the inevitable problems encountered in a sustained business
relationship is the mark of an effective manager. Joe listens to his customers,
acknowledges any issues, owns his part of the problem, and takes immediate action
once a solution is agreed upon. Then, Joe is patient and persistent in working
towards the desired results.
Joe is warm, friendly and has a knack for putting people at ease. These personal
traits allow Joe to engage others quickly and effectively to form a productive
business partnership.
I am very grateful to Joe for the service he has provided my employer and me and
would not hesitate to work with him again given the opportunity.
