RE: LETTER OF REFERENCE FOR JASON MORRIS
Prospective Employer:
I have known Jason Morris through his work experience during the past twenty months (6/2002 –
1/2004) when he served as a project consultant/assistant for PDC, Inc., and previously, when he
completed a student field placement (Spring 1998) at Affordable Housing Corporation.
Based on his previous performance as a student and the needs of our firm, Jason was hired on a
temporary basis to assist with contract work awarded to PDC in 2002 and 2003. The following
areas of performance were rated “excellent” by myself and co-workers in 1998 and again in 2003:
 Non-threatened attitude toward the evaluation of his ideas and work. Jason seeks out
and thrives on feedback from others to achieve a higher quality product/service.
 Understands, articulates, and practices the highest ethical standards on the job. Jason is
very responsible and one of the most trustworthy individuals I have ever known.
 Suggests viable policy and procedure changes that might improve products/services.
Jason is innovative, individualistic, versatile, analytical, and attracted to entrepreneurial
ideas. He contributes by offering a detailed and conceptual framework of reference to
problems, providing new ways to do things and spurring others on to fulfill their roles.
 Applies a full range of state-of-the-art technology skills to assignments enhancing the
professional quality and appearance of products/services.
 Organizes own work and honors deadlines. His work can be relied upon for accuracy.
 Excellent research and writing skills. Clearly expresses ideas. Readily shares
information.
In my opinion, Jason is ideally suited for employment in a technology-based setting that fully
utilizes his computer knowledge, skills, and personal strengths. He can be the “tech” who helps
everybody; he also functions well as an assistant to one or more project or executive directors.
I recommend Jason to you without reservation. If you have any further questions with regard to
his background or qualifications, please do not hesitate to call me.
Sincerely,
Jacquelyn Dodyk, CEO
