This project is dealing with the monitoring of application servers and network devices for the client THE GROUP .I
am doing the fault management using HP OM and HP NNM for the entire Networks including Servers and all the L2
& L3 Device

4. Integration of OMU/OML 8.x/9.x with NNM 7.x and NNM9i version.

is fine. Troubleshooting issues if any alerts have been received in
alarm browser, i.e., Agent services not running on any node.
16.Defining outage for the nodes which has outage scheduled for
servers.
17.Checking log files for any error. Troubleshooting issue
discovered in log file.
18.Checking for the services on daily basis. Some are very critical
such as Services Manager services which logs ticket.
19.Checking the availability of latest messages in OMU.
Troubleshooting if latest message not coming, it’s generally an issue
with the large queue size. So we use to check queue length on daily
basis.
20.We have SM integration with OMU, so we use to check the log
files length of SM on daily basis on OMU side.
21.Checking alerts from all SPI and SPI configuration alerts. If there
is any configuration alert I troubleshoot the issue.
22.Upgradation of OVO Management Server from version 8.3 to 8.31.
