2. THE PROCESS I CAME/WENT THROUGH
The process started with me sorting through each of my clips
and presenting the best ones and adding them to the premiere
pro box. Since I recorded all my clips on my personal SD card I
uploaded them into a file (production – culture in the digital age)
thus I sorted through each of them and picked the best ones I
uploaded them into a specific folder (production – key) then I
imported those clips into premier pro and added effects
transitions and cut some of them condensed and unlinked the
audio and more etc.
3. HOW DID I SELECT SUITABLE CLIPS AND
DISCARD OTHERS
Well for starters I watched all the clips and I sorted through the
usable clips that were good and the other that had language or
stuttering or any other problem I discarded them by deleting
them and putting the good ones into a finished folder for me to
access I wanted clear and no problems in the clips.
4. WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THE SOFTWARE
TO GET THEM INTO A SUITABLE DESIGN
Firstly for starters I dragged the finished clips into a final clear
folder so I could access with ease then I dragged the appropriate
clips into the premiere pro drobox after that I sorted through
each clip to see which fit each given clip and dropped onto the
timeline sorted through the audio slightly fitting each clip into
suitable fitting design.
7. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
First of all this is the drobox
where all the clips sit until u drag
them onto the timeline I used this
to sort and hold the specific game
or clip I wanted featured in my
documentary all the clips I used
were put into the drobox for
quicker and reusable access.
8. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is where I would watch the clip to make sure
its quality sound and placement were good I
would use this to test footage and make sure its
appropriate and its not too loud or out of
sequence.
9. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is where I would drop my clips into the ‘’timeline’’
and I would place each clip at where it needs to be I can
control each second and edit in precise detail with the
wheel at the bottom allowing me to get into each
second to make the perfect cut into each clip.
10. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is where I would
right click onto each of
my ‘’gaming’’ clip and
apply the default
transition which is a
cross dissolve which
would fade the clip in or
out to black allowing
seamless playthrough in
my documentary.
11. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is where I have
added the effect needed
for each clip and cut into
the next clip allowing a
sequenced footage in the
documentary. The
timeline allowing multiple
tracks audio and video
made the documentary
more in depth.
12. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is the selection of tools I used I mainly used
the dragging tool and the razor tool. I dragged
the specific clip into each given time slot onto
the timeline and the razor tool/cut tool I used
this to cut any footage that overplayed or I didn’t
need to cut the documentary into a better overall
running time.
13. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is where I would mark the time slot/minute I wanted to loop
or focus on I would use the time at the top of the yellow bar to
know where to finish and cut each clip into a better shorter time.
I also changed the yellow bar to green by rendering the footage
in to out this made the frame rate and the whole documentary a
whole lot smoother overall.
14. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is where I would
download the specific clip I
needed that I could not film
(due to being fiction) I used a
YouTube downloader because
I could not download the clip I
used this and downloaded in a
1080p footage every time and
imported that into premier
pro.
15. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is where I would watch the full documentary
every couple of minutes to make sure it was looking
good and up to par I would control effects and
render on this tab as well which I also did.
16. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is where I checked my history and also book
marketed my most used told I would make sure to
set audio gain and delete important things that
needed to be adjusted or deleted I tracked the
history tab to make sure that I didn’t accidently put
in a effect or delete something that I shouldn't have.
17. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is where I would capture
export and etc. I mainly used
the export option which
would finalise the video into a
proper file and this would
allow me to play the video
anywhere not just premier
pro.
18. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is where I rendered my
footage making it smoother
and not delayed making it play
smooth as possible as my
documentary was long it did i
take quite a bit of time to
render but I used the bracket
tool to mark where to start
and where to finish this made
it only render the marked
19. THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH
This is where I chose
where to export to and
what its quality's were I
chose high quality 1080p
which fitted into the
documentary there is
others final setting you
can mess with (bitrate,
queue etc) but I just
exported
