Plant Manager of the McAllen location. Pull A Part is a nationwide recycling company.
I had the primary responsibility of administration, employment, financial and operational
duties at the McAllen plant. Oversaw Construction/Remodeling of the McAllen Plant before
operations.
2. OPERATIONAL RESPONSABILITIES:
o PRODUCTION: Ensure production goals are met based on SOP standards
(Processing, Setting and Scrapping procedures), Continuous improvement
meetings with Production chief and crew.
o INVENTORY CONTROL: Production, Scrapping, Commodities.
o HOUSEKEEPING: Cleaning of facilities and production area, Bulk tank
inpections.

BLACK AND DECKER: Started with a simple manufacturing operation of one line of 5
workers, 1 model, 1 shift. After 8 months, my Team and I increased profit by 250%,
to an operation of 16 lines of 80 workers distributed in 2 shifts. Handled 37 models
( Manufacturing process, Import/export, billing).
