This document analyzes data on gender differences among Polish teachers. It shows that most teachers are female, with women making up around 80-90% of teachers across different sectors and levels of professional status. Charts show that female teachers report higher levels of work stress than male teachers, and that reported stress is highest for teachers under 30 years old. Additionally, female teachers' reported work satisfaction is lower than their stress levels, whereas for male teachers stress and satisfaction are more balanced.
