OBJECTIVE: Seeking a supervisor or manager career position that will allow me to use my operational and

EXPERIENCE:
• Manage the daily operations of the Parts / Purchasing department in a very professional and global
environment for over 15 years, utilizing lean principles in reducing cost, shortening lead-times and insuring
timely and accurate deliveries.
• Raise and manage purchase orders/documents utilizing the company purchasing software system.
• Lead and Coordinate relationships with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes that best fit the company’s
process and procedures.
• Oversee the parts department by sourcing, order and distribute parts as required multiple departments with
a goal to build innovative and reliable race cars.
• Work with the accounting department to dissolve and invoice discrepancies by ensuring that orders have
been received complete and accurately.
• Control inventory of stock parts and consumable items in multiple departments.
• Manage the 43ksf production facility, equipment and vehicles by working with outside vendors in
establishing preventive maintenance programs and address any issues for repair, updates or upgrades
within the facilities.
• Created and implemented standard operating procedures and policies to make sure the manufacturing
operations run no lean principles.
• Supervise the machine shop and fabrication department employees to establish production schedules
based upon the projected usages.
• Coordinate with the engineering department and outside vendors to create budgets and production
schedules for start-up and improvement projects.
• Participate in the logistics of moving our equipment both domestically and internationally.
• Manage the shipping and receiving department for domestic and international shipping.
Achievements:
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Played a key role in building and developing a Nissan LMP1 GTR Hybrid prototype racing car and finished
the 24 Hours of LeMans event in a very tight time frame.
• Supervise multiple departments of up to 20 employees combined with a success rate of 98.7% success
rate
• Promoted to Operations manager to combine Director of Purchasing and Production manager into one
role.
• Established SOP’s for the manufacturing department to increase quality and reduce cost.
• Implemented a new purchasing software system that integrated the production department.
• Established policies and procedures that allowed operations to function under a budget increase for 5
years.
