3. ABSTRACT
Every day, thousands of accidents occur around the world as a result of
electrical problems or breakdowns. A quick response time will help to
limit the number of fatalities and financial damages associated with
these events.
As a result, we propose a system that will identify or detect any
electrical system defects and warn the user in real time.
This project made up of hardware prototype and by using ESP8266
software and can be programmed just like an Arduino.
4. Objective
This project presents a design and prototype implementation of new home
automation system that uses Wi-Fi technology.
The proposed system is scalable that one server can manage many hardware
interface modules.
This system supports a wide range of home automation devices like power
management components, and security components.
6. USE OF ESP8266 BOARD
The ESP8266 Wi-Fi Module is a self contained SOC with integrated TCP/IP
protocol stack that can give any microcontroller access to your Wi-Fi network.
It is capable of either hosting an application or offloading all Wi-Fi networking
functions from another n processor.
7. USE OF PZEM -004T
This PZEM-004T Multi-function AC Power Monitor is very popular in
electrical consumption measurement projects.
It is capable of measuring four interrelated electrical variables as voltage,
current, power, and energy.
This tiny PZEM-004T circuit is great for measuring AC voltage, current,
and power .
8. Representation Model
• The best thing about the smart distribution Board with wi-fi is it can be
directly connected to Arduino with ESP8266 software.
• Connect the Smart Distribution Board to the ESP8266 Software.
• Connect with PZEM-004T with ESP8266 Board
9. Applications
Used for design and prototype implementation of new home
automation system that uses Wi-Fi technology as a network
infrastructure
