PDHPE promotes physical activity and:
• Teaches students about the health benefits of
physical activity
• Teaches students how physical activity can
increase the quality of life
• Demonstrates the positive social aspects of
physical activity

• PDHPE teaches students the importance of
healthy balanced eating, providing them with
information to make informed food choices
for both the present and in the future.
