Why PDHPE is important for children?
• Students recognise self strength and limitation
  and identify their unique characteristic
• Enables students to explore body changes and
  associated feelings
• Students learn the relationships between
  regular physical activity and health
PDHPE and wellbeing
• Active lifestyle and physical activity
• Factors that influence personal health
  choices
• Interpersonal relationships and how
  relationship with a range of people
  enhance wellbeing
PDHPE is essential in:
• Maintaining a healthy life style by teaching
  students about safety and healthy choices
  and movement skills such as
  jumping, running and etc.
• It enables students to make an informed
  decision regarding their life and activities
• It teaches students about developing a
  balanced, healthy, safe and happy life
