ETMS (Engineering Technical and Management Services Ltd) is an independent multidisciplinary engineering consultancy based in Mauritius and offers a
range of engineering services to customers wishing to outsource part or all of their engineering work.
ETMS was first incorporated in Mauritius in 1989 by C. Felix Adam, who was until recently the longest serving consulting engineer in Mauritius after a short
career in the Petroleum industry. Over the years, he served many clients locally and internationally and acquired a strong reputation based on his expertise in
the fields of sugar production, power generation and petroleum storage.
In 2013, Jean Michel Quevauvilliers took over the direction of ETMS after an extensive experience in the industrial sector, having worked in the sugar sec-
tor and power generation sectors for more than fifteen years. He has been involved in the implementation of maintenance management systems and is now a
recognized professional in the field.
Jean Michel is a Registered Professional Engineer and a particularly competent project team leader. He has participated at various levels in a number of power
generation projects of national and international importance. He has the ability to organise and analyse data to develop improvement programs and has
strong project leadership and management skills. Jean Michel Quevauvilliers has wide experience in engineering project development and management. He is
a Registered Boiler and Machinery Inspector.
