Jeroen De Flander
Jeroen De Flander is a seasoned international Strategy Execution
expert, top executive coach, seminar leader and highly regarded keynote
speaker. Jeroen has helped more than 15,000 managers in 16 countries
master the necessary execution skills.
He is co-founder of the performance factory – a leading research, training and
advisory firm which is solely focused on helping individuals and organizations
increase performance through best-in-class Strategy Execution. For several
years, he was the responsible manager worldwide of the Balanced Scorecard
product line for Arthur D. Little – a leading strategy consulting firm.
The 50+ companies he has advised on various strategy execution topics

This will be a private briefing to the most senior executives only, in a private Chatham House Rules session. Each
attendee will receive a complimentary copy of Jeroen’s latest book The Execution Short Cut. An intimate private dining
setting will be used.
o CEO (and/or C-Suite team) Private Briefing
On your premises (No cost – 90 minutes)
Jeroen and his colleague Vincent Lion will brief you and your colleagues on their recent work, and will be escorted
by a senior ICG Affiliate. The conversation will be completely confidential under normal ICG NDAs (and can be used to
reinforce existing client work as required).
o ICG General Manager and Team Lead Half-day Conference
From 2:00-5:45pm, $450 per participant ($4,000 for table of 10)
This ICG event will appeal to change leaders as well as internal consultants and their client sponsors looking to hear
the latest execution thinking and take away key tools, how-tos and best practices for immediate deployment. A copy
of Jeroen’s latest book is included for each attendee.
o Full-day Conference
ICG (the leading association for consultants) is also partnering with the PMI (the leading association of Project
Management professionals) to deliver a full one-day conference to those consultants and change professionals
(employed or independent and wanting to build their professional expertise).
This conference will be at the Radisson Blu (or a similar, large facility), and will be fully catered. Indicative price will
be $1,000p.p. for the day.
