Pink slips and newhire reporting online; Manage current employee folders andall required paperworkas necessaryfor each
employee includinganypersonal tax changes, raises, write-up's, vacationrequests etc. Monitor all employee's vacationtime, sick
time, absences, etc.
Monthlybankreconciliationfor (6) companies along withanyjournal entry's neededas per CPA
Responsible for Workers Compensationinsurance for (2) companies. Dutiesincludingmonthlyreportingto the WC companies,
monthlypayment, yearlyreconciliationof both accounts andyearlyaudit from said companies.
Accounts Receivable duties include:
Monthlyand/or weeklyinvoicing to clients (AIA documents also)
Responsible for allmonies collectedfromjobs as well as posting payments to invoices, depositing, balancingandreconcilingthe
A/R account.
Monitoring anyoutstandingpayments for collection
Anyjournal entrywrite-off's for non-collectionof payments
Accounts Payable duties include:
Weeklyentering, payment andcheck issuance for anyemployee reimbursements
Back-upfor A/Pmanager for vacationand/or time off
