On behalf of Duncan Aviation, I am pleased to extend to you an offer of Full Time - Temporary
employment. This letter shall serve as a written confirmation of the offer made to you:
Position: Intern - Install
Reporting To: Paul Cummings
Department: BTL Avionics Install
Wage: $14.00 per hour; payable bi-weekly
Start Date: May 18, 2015
Your employment offer is contingent upon a negative result on your pre-employment drug test. Please
contact me at 800-525-2376 at your earliest convenience to schedule that drug test. Your position is
non-exempt, therefore, you will be compensated for overtime at one and one-half times your straight hourly
rate of pay for hours worked over 40 per week. Your position is considered temporary and is expected to be
completed on or before August 31, 2015. As a temporary employee, you are not eligible for company
provided benefits.
Pursuant to the Immigration and Naturalization Act, our Company is required to verify the identity and
employment authorization of all new hires. In order to comply with this legal obligation, we must complete
an Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 within three days of hire. We have enclosed a list of required
documents for Form I-9 for your review. Please note that you will need to provide either (1) one document
from “List A” or (2) one document from “List B” and one document from “List C” of the form.
On your first day, please plan to report to Human Resources for new hire orientation at 8 a.m. This
orientation will include time spent with a member of our senior management team, human resources, safety
and wellness, and our professional development team. During the HR-Benefits portion of your orientation
