Healthcare domain. WellPoint Claims Third Party Sourcing, ESI Rx Networks and Membership, Anthem
Health Reward Fully Insured, WellPoint Enhancements, D950 MCID, FEP Membership. The end
application accepts different claims like Medical claims, Dental claims, Pharmacy claims and vision
claims from different vendors and route the claims into Batch Adjudication System and Online
Adjudication. The Batch Adjudication System automatically adjudicates the claims and sends the files to
Payment department. In the Online Adjudication system examiners will check the files and move the
claims to Payment department.
