 Guide clients to develop a review criteria and customize a known review criteria and document it in the
Independent Review Charter.
 Collaborate with application developers and engineers to develop custom applications used by the
independent reviewer.
 Interact with internal project teams developing and writing Independent Review Charters including
User Requirements for electronic applications and Reviewer Training Manuals.
 Provide proactive support to Project Management for planning efficient work plans and timelines for
the deliverables in control.
 Identify any potential project challenges to divisional line management and project manager including
changes in project plan, timeline or out of scope requests, and suggest possible resolution options.
 Provide editing review of draft and final documents prepared by other writers before internal or
external distribution.
 Ensure document content and style adheres to appropriate regulatory guidelines, and complies with
departmental and corporate or client SOPs and style guidelines.
 Coordinate and conduct interdivisional team review and sign-off of document deliverables according to
company guidelines, SOPs.
 Manage draft distribution for chair review meeting, incorporate revisions, document key project
events, and complete sign-off procedures, with excellent writing and editing skills.
 Ensure that all work is complete and of high quality prior to team distribution or shipment to client.
 Translate documents to local language, as required.
 Perform literature searches and reviews as necessary to obtain background information and training
for development of documents.
 Assist management in reviewing requests for proposal packages sent by clients to determine content
and appropriateness of materials required for development of clinical documents.
