Customer Support Engineer (CSE 2)
Reported to Northeast US Service Manager. Oversaw implementation of banking services
solutions for multiple clients, including customer service, scheduling, call management and
inventory control. Coordinated closely with senior management regarding ongoing operations and
project status. Interacted with clients to ensure successful implementation of solutions, timely
resolution of problems and highest levels of customer satisfaction. Tracked and managed
customer satisfaction based on remote team statistics and modified schedule accordingly.
