* Investigate and resolve web, XML and batch processing application issues escalated from
customer support and/or other internal teams with a 99.7 success rate.
* Monitor multiple web, XML and batch processing applications using a wide variety of tools
including but not limited to; BAC, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sitescope, NerveCenter, Ciscoworks,
Vitalnet, MLM, etc. to ensure all applications, products and services are operating to their full

Problem Management
* Research issues by analyzing and resolving the causes of incidents for various distributed
systems and databases.
* Indentify bottlenecks and implement news and improved processes and policies.
* Prevent recurring incidents by recommending and implementing fixes and preventative
measures.
Change Management
* Active and participating member of the Business Unit CAB committee, reviewing changes and
approving changes submitted by the application teams within the BU to enhance their products
and services.
* Business Unit technical advisor changes submitted by the IT Infrastructure teams that impacted
my supporting BU. Reviewed each change with the BU notifying of any downtime and/or
concerns if it could impact a BU change implemented at the same time, schedule BU/IT meet to
discuss concerns or get BU approval before the IT CAB.
Vendor-Relationship Management
* Manage projects and serve a primary liaison between client, vendors and various internal teams
to ensure clarity of goals and ensure successful deadlines are met.
* Build and maintained successful relationships with other internal BUs that used my supporting
BUs products and services.
* Handled difficult and many times highly sensitive issues with a positive rapport with the client
providing timely status until resolved and notifying executive management as needed.
