Wires on the floor Photographer, model Someone could trip, slip and fall
over the wires, making them
hurt themselves.
Moderate I will make sure that no more
than two people are in the
studio, so it does not become
overcrowded. I will also check to
see where all the wires are so I
can warn who ever else is in the
studio with me. I can also tape
down any loose wires that hang
out too much with electrical
tape.
Hot lights Photographer Burning of oneself. Low I will only move the light once it
is off and has cooled down for 5
minutes then lift it from the
handle to carefully move it when
I need to.
Wet surfaces Photographer, model Slipping, falling again making
someone hurt themselves.
Low I will make sure that if there are
any wet patches before any goes
in are dried up thoroughly. Also, I
will make sure that there are no
drinks or food in the studio when
I am taking photos.

Wet surfaces Photographer, model Slipping, falling again making
someone hurt themselves.
Low I will make sure that if there are
any wet patches before any goes
down the corridor. Also, I will
make sure that there are no
drinks or food in the way when I
am taking photos.
Aggression from crowd/public Photographer. Model Verbal or physical abuse Low I will make sure that there are
not many people around by
taking my photos a little be later
in the day where less people are
around. If there is anyone, I will
politely tell them I am taking
photos, so they don’t get caught
in any of them.
Low lights Photographer, model Bumping into to someone/thing Low I will make sure that there is a
clear path for the model and
that the corridor is not too dark
for the model to see.
