Improvement, Customer Relationship and Business Development

Customer Experience , Property , Retail, Communications and Automotive Industry sales and a highly successful
business development background.
 Currently Sales Director / Client Relationship Director for UK & Europe for an Industry leading performance
improvement provider.
 Passionate about industry, its products and customers, with very wide and deep skill set gained from diverse and
varied assignments, combined with great knowledge, energy and an entrepreneurial flare.
 Commercially astute, innovative, creative and solutions orientated, I’m skilled in strategic & operational strategy,
P&L business finance with accountability, able to create, deliver and follow the sales & marketing plan with
success in working across diverse cultures.
 I offer huge amounts of experience in the areas of performance improvement, market research, sales, marketing
and implementation of the profitable business plan together with board-level negotiation skills and process
knowledge from manufacturers (Automotive OEMs) Franchised Retailers and National Clients. This has always
included initial contact, tender presentations, tender negotiations, piloting and coaching to c-sector clients through
to full delivery to the end. i.e. B2B and B2C real-world experience and success.
 Management experienced in delivery of Mystery Shopping, Automotive and OEMs, Property, Recruitment and
Communications with national responsibility to include project management, buying and negotiating skills,
franchise and concession management, training and development, including responsibility for senior managers
and accountable for profit and budget control
 Sales & Marketing Management experienced on a national basis with responsibility for multiple locations dealing
with high volume turnover, client development and relationship management
 I am extremely customer focussed with a customer centric business attitude leading to complete customer
satisfaction being the profitable leader to generate repeat and recommended business and increased client

 Personally drove incremental new business sales of £1m per annum with full budget responsibly for all income
