3. History and Development
2002 I was approached with an opportunity that if I were to obtain my business credentials I would take 22 bank locations in SF. I took the opportunity with full regard, I obtained all
necessary business credentials and the rest was history.
2002-05 as opportunities presented themselves from maintaining Landscape to The construction of banks, I took the initiative to fulfill my necessary business credential. A C-27 for
landscape and a General B license for Construction.
- For years we continued to grow within your ranks proving our self worth to new PM's as they came and gone. There was a valuable trait I instilled in my staff which was consistency which
I believe led us to continue or business and trust within our clients PM division.
2005 I created a simple paper back program at the time and I called it our site description guide. I invested the time that when we received a work order at a particular branch I had my
staff member stay to obtain the bank as- builts. All info we used to maintain the property's at a higher efficiency rate.
2005-06 Mr. Hathaway of US Bank called me into his office and asked me why I was receiving more work but my rates and spending's were decreasing.
This is when I showed him the paper version of SIPREMA. At that time our world was becoming more technologically advanced which Mr. Hathaway pointed out. He asked me if I ever
thought of turning this idea into an online program. I left that meeting that day wheels turning thinking to myself. Let me surprise Mr. Hathaway and seek out a team to execute this idea.
2007 Two years later I returned to Mr. Hathaway's office asking him to turn on his computer and log in to our first prototype. To this day his reaction to login in I will never forget it was a
sense of amazement but yet excitement that an in house vendor went above and beyond to create a more efficient platform for his staff to work from. He at that point set me on the guided
path to turn this program into what it is today. He advised what a high level executive would want, I contacted current PM’s, as well as vendors to create features that will connect and
benefit all parties involved.
2007- Present taking his input, industry standards and my knowledge from being on the frontline we have assembled a one of a kind software as a service that links the maintenance
and management community from President to PM to site staff to the vendor in the field.
