The customer is an online gaming industry leader famous for being one of the oldest and most trusted online
gambling sites in the world. The company currently covers 20+ international gaming brands in different
countries and languages.
CHALLENGE
Initially the Client had a segmental customer service delivery with no reporting and tracking capabilities. But their
focus was on delivering fast, stable and innovative customer services in real-time manner.
Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions needed to be integrated with a number of systems, including
Knowledge Base, Web-to-Case functionalities as well as Call Center being developed and delivered by VRP
Consulting team. Live Agent feature was expected to become a single point of communication with customers for
providing customer service.
Prior to Live Agent implementation in order to support the company’s rapid pace of growth as well as to centralize
and automate existing business processes Salesforce Cloud platform was chosen.

SOLUTION
Focusing on customer expectation for fast, stable and innovative customer services delivery in real-time
manner, our team took up a phased approach in order to deliver the following requirements:
 Customer's process workflow optimization and architecture discovery;
 Live Agent was chosen to enshroud the whole platform and integrated with a number of systems and
online services, including but not limited to: KPIs, Milestones, Entitlement Processes and Knowledge Base;
 Live Agent integration and roll-out over 20+ online services;

RESULTS
The following critical results has been achieved by VRP Consulting during the project:
 Live Agent, integrated with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Call Center gives extra personal touch to
deliver a complete set of options for customer service;
 Live Agent manages 20+ customer’s online services and all data are now stored and processed within
Salesforce solution;
 Custom developed widget solution combines Live Agent, Knowledge Base, Email-to-Case and Web-to-
Case functionality. Cases are routed quickly based on the agent’s experience and qualification;
 30% decreased time spent on resolving customer issues;
 Maintenance, support and resolution of issues for global locations;

The San Francisco Foundation is one of the nation’s largest community foundations in grantmaking and assets.
CHALLENGE
The San Francisco Foundation (TSFF) faced a challenge regarding their accounting, online fundraising and grant
management systems. The legacy applications were outdated and needed to be replaced with a more dynamic
and responsive system.
The Foundation had a vision of providing transparent access to information and control over their accounts
within. As a result, it was decided to build a custom grant management application based on Salesforce platform.
VRP Consulting was recommended to the customer by Salesforce.com as a trusted vendor for the project.

SOLUTION
VRP Consulting team architected the system to be easily configured to reduce ongoing maintenance.
 Changes are made easily since application parameters are stored in the database configuration files;
 The systems integration with FE and RE was accomplished using Blackbaud API;
 Technical resources were utilized to review the architecture and design to ensure license
conformance and a clean upgrade path;
 The design utilized the strengths of applications, e.g. donor management and financial management;
 Data duplication and additional data entry were avoided between the systems;
 The Foundation is able to address its major grant compliance need such as to review the current tax
status of applicants and potential grantee's.

RESULTS
The following main critical results has been achieved by VRP Consulting during the
project:
 Nearly 6 weeks of time saving processes that previously included manual data entry
of each application.
 A significant decrease of paper files as all documents and data are now captured
electronically
 An audit trail is maintained.

ehCOS is a multi-national consulting company offering integrated healthcare and social services to the public
and private sector.
CHALLENGE
The client’s application, Social Care Platform, built on Salesforce.com plaform and designed to improve clinical and
administrative processes. The platform was initially developed using custom JavaScript and third-party libraries.
This type of development caused problems passing Salesforce AppExchange security review.
When VRP Consulting took up the project, the Visualforce pages with Lightning components were causing the
loading time for certain pages to take up to 15 seconds.
The overall goals for the project were to optimize speed and efficiency, pass security review, and get the app
released on the AppExchange.

SOLUTION
VRP Consulting focus on the project was to provide the customer with an enhanced platform to publish
the application on the AppExchange and provide a better service:
 A thorough audit;
 VRP eliminated Visualforce and developed a single page application;
 The Lightning code was refactored in order to pass security review;
 All third-party libraries were replaced with custom features such as datepicker, search tool, and an
autocomplete component;
 The app was also upgraded with Wave Analytics Cloud.

RESULTS
VRP Consulting consultants did an excellent job in terms of application optimization from beginning to
end which helped the customer to achieve the following results:
 A fast loading single page mobile application;
 Improved Lightning UI with custom features tailored to client’s needs;

 Product successfully released on the AppExchange.
