6. Western Immunoblots
- Cells treated with 5 μM of NVP-AEW541
- Cells were harvested
- washed twice with PBS
- incubated with lysis buffer for 20 minutes.
- centrifuged at 13,000 rpm for 10 minute
- boiled for 5 minutes.
8. Study population
1- 36 patients with EOC.
2- All of them operated in Hillel Yaffe Medical Center during 2012-2018.
3- No further criteria were applied to select the patients.

14. Conclusions
1- Molecular techniques are useful in Medicine to provide evidence for hypothesis
that are built based off of clinical observations.
2- The use of a control sample, in any experiment, is fundamental to identify the
actual cause of the change in a variable.
3- Molecular techniques are ones most relevant investigations may not be carried
out well without.
