ZB 3 shows base oil increased from 6 BOPD to 16 BOPD, Water decreased
from 43 BWPD to 30 BWPD.
ZB 5 shows base oil increased from 3 BOPD to 5 BOPD, Water decreased
from 12 BWPD to 14 BWPD.
ZB 6 shows base oil increased from 12 BOPD to 19 BOPD, Water decreased
from 49 BWPD to 28 BWPD.
ZB 7 shows base oil increased from 7 BOPD to 16 BOPD, Water decreased
from 20 BWPD to 15 BWPD.
ZB 8 shows base oil increased from 4 BOPD to 8 BOPD, Water decreased

ZB F12 shows base oil increased from 6 BOPD to 8 BOPD, Water decreased
from 75 BWPD to 64 BWPD.
ZB 9-35 shows base oil increased from 4 BOPD to 11 BOPD, Water decreased
from 90 BWPD to 47 BWPD.
As for Well ZB 3, the analysis result shows that the main reason for production
reduction is the plugging of the near-wellbore zone caused by organic matters
such as wax and asphalt contained in crude oil. In April 2012, BERO™
biosurfactant was mixed with formation water and injected in Well ZB 3 to
remove plugging and stimulate production and the temperature of the injection
fluid was above 122℉. During construction, pressure rose from 0 psi to 1450
psi.
