ZW2-2-1 well 1260.0m-1261.3m, water injectivity 0.92m³/d, relative [water]
injectivity 7.94%, 1281.5-1284.4m water injectivity 10.66m³/d, relative [water]
injectivity 92.06%, July 2014, Oil Casing Stage Injection for this well, increase
water injection level for 1260.0-1276.2m, to improve Interlayer Contradiction.

Current Situation
Well testing and well production history
First production in 12th Oct, 2012, initial production daily fluid 9.18m3, water
content 18%, daily oil 6.88t, later period total fluid decrease, with total oil
production of 429.8t, total fluid of 637.32t. 7th April 2013, this well turned into
injection well, used normal pressure general injection, with daily injection of 15
m3, with total injection water of 6265.2 m3, April 2014, test on water injection
profile, level 1 water intake layer(1260.0m-1261.3m) water injectivity 0.92m³/d,
relative [ water ] injectivity7.94%, level 2, 3, 4(1281.5-1284.4m) water
injectivity 10.66m³/d, relative [water] injectivity92.06%.
Geological requirements
1) lift up injection string;
2) following the technological requirements and lift down oil casing stage
injection string, packer location 1277.5m(near 1279m have casing
coupling), upper injection level 1260.0-1276.1m, lower injection level
1280.3-1333.0m;
3) Casing daily injection rate 15m³/d, tubing daily injection rate 15m³/d;
4) Following Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards, good control
and safety and environmental protection job.

5) According to the current formation pressure(pressure coefficient), select
the suitable Kill fluid, blowout preventer, prepare well control and Safety
and environmental protection.
Injection slug design
1) Injection amount
ZW lease have average porosity of 17%, average permeability of
23.1×10-3μm2. According flooding requirement, flooding radius should be 1/3
of well space, consider the economical and the spread extension, we design
the radius be 35 meter, thickness of 16.2 meter, injection amount will be 5700
m3.
2) Injection rate
Daily injection: 16m3/d
3) Injection Concentration
Consider BERO™s best Effect concentration, design injection concentration
will be 0.8%, BERO™ total require 45 tons.
4) Maximum injection pressure design
a) Formation fracture pressure
According ZW2 lease information, assume the formation fracture pressure will
be: PF =32MPa.
b) Bottomhole allowable injection pressure
To prevent overpressured formations during injection, bottom hole maximum
injection pressure can not greater than 90% of formation fracture pressure,
therefore, ZW2-6-1 bottom hole allowable injection pressure will be:
Pwf=0.9PF=28.8MPa
c) wellbore allowable injection pressure
According calculation, this well maximum allowable injection pressure will be
16.1MPa, during the injection, make sure the wellbore injection pressure under
12 MPa.

1) Installation injection process
In accordance with the process chart to installation the BERO™ injection
process, requiring 20Mpa with no leak no penetration.
2) Injection
In accordance requirements with BERO™ design injection, calculating the
concentration, pressure, displacement record.
