Assistant Director of Operations and Instructor Pilot
Assisted the Director of Operations in the largest flying squadron in the United States Air Force in ensuring combat
readiness for over 423 enlisted crypto-linguists and 30 intelligence officers. Liaised with every level of operations
leadership and the Intelligence community to ensure national to tactical level access to intelligence, surveillance and
reconnaissance. Aircraft Commander for the RC-135 V/W Rivet Joint aircraft in support of Global War on Terror,
Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Aircraft Commander for the RC-135 S Cobra Ball &
RC-135 U Combat Sent in support of the Missile Defense Agency,NSA and Joint Chiefs of Staff objectives.
Selected Accomplishments
Coordinated 3 wing level Operational Readiness Exercises earning a “Superior Performer” distinction for
leading 233personnel toward the accomplishment of 100% of the wing’s objectives.
Shortened the critical path for MC-12 aircraft operator training by a third, eliminating 17K travel days
saving $2.6 M a year in travel and per diem cost all while increasing the throughput of operators by 38%..
Created dual qualification process of RC-135 and MC-12 crewmembers resulting a 31% decrease in

Cost Center Manager, Flight Commander and T-1 Instructor Pilot
Managed 11 accounts totaling over $173K annually to include squadron temporary duty budget,equipment accounts
& government purchase accounts. Procured supplies,PPE and equipment for over 200 personnel. Wrote PWS and
initiated contract buy for $50K procurement. Ensured over 300 training events were accomplished for 100 student
pilots per year as a first level supervisor. Trained 7 flight supervisors (Operations Level Flight Management
personnel). Flight Safety representative responsible for documenting operational safety issues and personalinjuries
for over 50 students and instructorpilots.

Redesigned student pilot training plan after 40% budget cut. Met all training requirements while saving
over $50K per year.
Provided flight supervision for more than 250 sorties per day; expertly handling over 50 aircraft
