coordination of the duties and tasks of 10 Protocol noncommissioned officers (Army and Air Force) and
civilian employees
 Provides oversight of the planning, coordinating, and execution of 100+ official visits to the National
Guard Bureau (NGB) by all U.S. and foreign general/flag officers and civilian equivalents
 Coordinates visit support requirements through the Office of the Chief, NGB staff, and visitor’s
responsible agencies
 Advises NGB leadership on protocolpolicies and procedures
 Lead the planning and directing of all aspects of50+ social functions honoring and entertaining
