2. ABSTRACT:
• With the development of modern manufacturing
Engineering, Faster Manufacturing Systems (FMS) have
become key equipment in factory automation. Machine
tools are heart of the Faster Manufacturing Systems. Lathe,
milling, drilling and grinding machines are the general type
of machine tools used by almost all the Manufacturing
system. During the operation of these machine tools,
different kinds of failures are faced by me. Like ‘Taper
Turning Problem In Lathe Machine;
• A Systematic Solution based on the failure data is defined
by me for different type of machine tools.

• With the proper maintaining of above
machines the process become fast.
4. • The main goal of a faster manufacturing
system is to offer the speed needed to change
with market conditions quickly, but not
sacrifice any quality.

numerous researchers on the subject.

• From the observations we learned about machinery,
equipment’s and other accessories used in manufacturing
of the components.
