Program Coordinator (Recruiter I) – Short-Term Contract Employee
US Automotive Program Coordinator working at Ford Motor Company as an IBM contract employee. I
participate at all levels of the recruiting process, from cold-calling candidates to onboarding. I also make sure
that hiring teams and candidates follows Ford Motor Company corporate rules.
I am responsible for scheduling candidates, making sure their profiles and applications are filled out, their travel
is arranged, and arrival is prompt for their interview.
My duties also entailed me making welcome calls to all applicants prior to their scheduled start date, background
variance resolution and medical screenings, and data entry.
I provide onboarding for employees at the leadership level down to internship level.
I utilize my time management and multitasking skills daily while coordinating with candidates and the hiring
teams when scheduling interviews.
I work as a team with my colleagues and third party vendors to ensure that all applicants have been processed
