The system is caged and housed on a rugged
galvanized skid that meets the stringent Dutch
Naval Vessel (DNV) specifications and is crane
and forklift accessible for ease of transport.

86 inches wide, 54 inches deep and
94½ inches height, this portable solution
can be placed right where your welders
are working. What’s more, with the available
customizable gas distribution panel it can
be configured to meet your fabricating
team’s size or specific needs. Designed
for maximum versatility, it can also be
configured for use as a stationary high
volume gas supply with a single point
of use. Depending on configuration, the
POD System has a weight range when
full of 4,000 to 7,000 lbs.

3. Advanced Components That Keep Work Flowing
Tamper-Resistant Gas Mixer Unit
This non-mechanical mixer cannot be adjusted by users and
is configured to deliver C-25 or C-10 along with pure argon.
The tamper-resistant mixer, housed for protection against the
elements is designed to deliver a consistent, reliable gas blend
and features a test port for on-site verification of blend integrity
and adherence to AWS specifications.
Onboard Alarm Protecting Blend Integrity
Further supporting blend integrity and adherence to
specifications, an on-board alarm signals any deviance
from the specified blend and activates an automatic shut-
down. When using the available distribution rack, a tethered
alarm box can also be set at the worksite to ensure audible
notification, even at the busiest facilities.
Uninterrupted Supply Via Switchover Box
The switchover box allows the connection and disconnection
of units while providing a seamless transition during POD
System changeouts. The pressurized quick-connects ensure
product integrity throughout the transition resulting in an
uninterrupted supply.

Cellular Telemetry Unit
The system’s multi-channel cellular telemetry unit monitors
and reports tank inventory levels to our logistics center 24/7
and automatically schedules on-time deliveries. It features an
LCD readout that indicates current status and accurate levels
within +/- 0.10. The unit is battery operated and requires no
external electricity.
