especially Ethane crackers with the most competitive feedstock in Saudi
Arabia, Qatar and other countries with available Ethane gas
Sourced Petrochemical products, mainly Aromatics, of newly operating
plants for trading through the well-organized marketing network and trading
know-how of SKGC accumulated in China as well as SEA. Executed several
long-term contracts with PIC, Kuwait to purchase 300KT of PX, with IPCC,
Iran 50 KT of BZ and OX each with numerous spot deals of other products,
and traded them for NEA and SEA through an organic cooperation with HQ
& its branch offices in China, and
Developed the marketing & sourcing channel in MENA to expand business
activities to propel the trading business for an out-sourcing products such as
EA, BA, Acetone and PVC etc., in order to launch and stabilize at the earliest

New Reformer Project (30,000 BBL/Day, Design Capacity), Executed the its
investment plan and approval through the detailed feasibility study with its
commercial operation on June ’06 and to make up the deficient investment
capital and to take the risk-hedging of the market fluctuations in the future,
