The document describes a digipak design for a music album that includes a DVD printed to look like a vinyl record. It also features images of the indie band dressed casually on the cover to familiarize the audience with them. A synopsis is included to explain what can be seen on the DVD.

1. To further develop our ideas and turn our design
into a true digipak we have included a DVD which
will have an image of a vinyl printed over it. You’re
able to tell the difference between the two discs
as the logo for each disc has been printed on
them. We’ve also thought about incorporating the
band into the cover so that the audience can
familiarise themselves with the band. The band
themselves are dressed as they would normally
be- casually. This links to the conventions of the
music genre as indie artists aren’t focused on their
appearance but instead the music. The image of
the band itself links to notions of looking as each
member is looking in a slightly different direction
from the other. As we’ve added a DVD a synopsis
has therefore been incuded to tell the audience
more about what can be seen in the moving
picture.
