Ltd. © 6 View from inside 1  Too much pressure put by supervisors who do not understand ground working.  Continuously dealing with low grade working community – labor; drivers etc.  No fixed schedules.  Colleagues in same company work in better work environment.  Threatened always by all and sundry of financial losses and fictitious claims.

Ltd. © 8 Reality check 1  Long work hours.  Roles ; responsibilities not defined.  Authority not stated.  Works a distance away from city centre.  Work dependent on numerous factors and agencies over which there is no control.  Support systems like social activity in break time difficult.
