 Adjusting to the surroundings, At the same time, creating a conformable
environment for others to function at their best.

Background:
I have lived in 4 different cities and have visited more than 20+
sates in India. These experience taught me:
 To build trusted friendships while working towards common
goals.
 To resolve conflicting situations more effectively.
My continuous urge to serve others has led me to various
opportunities:
 I manage communication and online campaigning for NGO:
Udbhav Ek prayas
 In August 2018, when floods hit coastal region of India, I
coordinated the efforts to gather and transport essential
utilities to the affected areas.

My vision is to orchestrate global strategic programs to maximize the
efficiency of supply chain operations by optimizing technology associated with
various functions such as procurement, warehousing, marketing, sales,
manufacturing etc.

communication approach and reporting mechanism during for the
projects.

• Inclined towards understanding digitally innovative business practices
in recent years.

 I along with the head of security operations persuaded our Chief
Data Officer to invest 75k EUR in a tool that could give us holistic
view of our global and local processes across all Business units
and Functions.

  • 2. • Born in a joint family culture, with 25 members living in one house. • Values derived:  Adjusting to the surroundings, At the same time, creating a conformable environment for others to function at their best.  Collective decision making.  Sharing experiences. Values applied at workplace in the cross-functional team of 30 members. Background: I have lived in 4 different cities and have visited more than 20+ sates in India. These experience taught me:  To build trusted friendships while working towards common goals.  To resolve conflicting situations more effectively. My continuous urge to serve others has led me to various opportunities:  I manage communication and online campaigning for NGO: Udbhav Ek prayas  In August 2018, when floods hit coastal region of India, I coordinated the efforts to gather and transport essential utilities to the affected areas.

My leadership experience includes mainly my project management experience at Schneider Electric. I am accountable for creating communication approach and reporting mechanism during for the projects. Digital envision In order to anticipate the technological trends impacting business operations, envisioning Digital transformation is going to be critical. • Inclined towards understanding digitally innovative business practices in recent years. • Experience in GDPR Program:  I along with the head of security operations persuaded our Chief Data Officer to invest 75k EUR in a tool that could give us holistic view of our global and local processes across all Business units and Functions. Operation Knowledge To lead large-scale technology driven programs, having outstanding knowledge of business operation will be essential. • IT Consultant experience supporting supply chain operations. • Experience in enhancement, automation and deployment projects in global SAP ERP tool.
