• Skype for Business to Teams migration is not a simple technology migration,
understanding different use cases like sales, HR, operations, etc. is critical
• Build transition waves based on user persona (functionality required and change readiness)
• Establish go/no-go criteria for each transition wave
• Technical and user readiness planning and implementation should happen in parallel
• Migration "end state" is temporary – Teams will continue to evolve
