Framing an Appropriate Research Question 6b9b26d93da94caf993c038d9efcdedb.pdf
roads from waste Plastic
1. We, the students of civil engineering vested ourselves for the responsibility of
generating, cultivating and promoting building science technology In service of
our country. Our approach is in road construction for finding timely, appropriate
and economical solution to problem of rural &urban pavement construction
including environmental considerations.
Mission
The project aims to utilize the waste
materials & naturally available resources
in construction industry to reduce the
cost of road construction and to achieve
economy, comfort, functional efficiency,
speed, productivity in road construction
along with a cleaner environment.
Targeted areas
High performance materials using agro- industrial
waste/by products
Economical &durable construction Technology
Rural Roads under “pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak
Yojna”
flexible Pavements improvement "Sustainable Road
Development Program”
Environmental friendly control measures
New paving systems using functional materials and
prefab elements
Milestone on Roads
Our labor amply rewards, if the project is to be useful for remote areas or developing societies who are residing
without access to roads & to techno-caters who can encourage technique in the sphere of road construction.
2. Distinct Technical Features
Environment friendly Roads
High strength Flexible Pavement
Utilization of Low density polythene and
other waste materials
No Stripping and rutting under extreme
circumstances
Improved Aggregates Properties
Wear & tear resistance in nature
reduced cost in an adequate manner
Less Water Absorption
Improved binding technique of bitumen
and PCA
Pervious Concrete Slab
Concrete with recycled aggregates
relatively stiff consistency, dictates its easy
handling and placement requirements
Drainage performance of concrete having
addition to strength parameters
Precast Paving Tiles
Utilization to waste at different proportion
without compromising Strength
Easy and conventional process of casting
Increase in durability to a certain level
Wayfaring from Starting to presenting
Manufacturing of pavements under 4 categories having 4 subcategory each
with every 3 samples to be tested with various proportions of additives
Testing of nearly 100 cubes of concrete in laboratory, with various proportions
of admixtures on 7th,14th, 28th day of casting.
Upholding the gigantic results of testing carried out on aggregates & cubes.
Boundless contemplation and brainstorming for the improvement in
properties of roads.
