Companies that say, sell books cannot just stop with the selling part. Rather, they have to build relationships with customers, offer recommendations on what others like them read, enable them to follow their favorite authors, make writing reviews easy, and enable their customers to read the book at any place and any time, on the channel they prefer. We explore the various topics from business strategy to execution in the context of transforming an organization. We’ll discuss some of the real-life examples of what to do and what not to do. I’ll share examples of how architecture, design, and technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) could be integrated to deliver on the promise of simplicity, speed and scale.
