5. What impact did it have?
• Since its launch in June 2014, In Hand has had over
10,000 downloads in over 30 countries around the
world.
• Extensive period of evaluation:
• Users gave it an average of 7.27 out of 10
• 90.7% agreed or strongly agreed that it was easy to use
• 67.9% of respondents said In Hand had partly (33%) or completely
(34.9%) met their needs
• 65.1% of respondents would definitely use again when they are not
feeling good
• 31.5% would definitely use it as part of their daily routine
• 83.5% of respondents would recommend to their family or friends
• People use it to regularly assess or boost their
mood, to help provide a positive outlook, or a
distraction from negative thinking.
