I am a multi-lingual Business and Management graduate. I am very motivated,
reliable, trustworthy, honest, easygoing and a good team worker with good
communication and computer skills. I always aspire and aim to use my knowledge
and all my capabilities, through information dissemination and awareness, to
educate, inform and make available solutions and ideas for problem
management, in a challenging and creative environment.
I am a result-oriented individual with experience of development of business
projects and use of information systems. I have very good leadership abilities
concerning team initiatives and I am very good at team working. I also have
excellent communication skills with high retention capacity and proven ability to
grasp key points in a situation.
I have an ability to learn fast and work under minimal supervision. I also have
outstanding interpersonal skills and am able to work efficiently and perform
calmly, even under pressure.
I have a range of computer skills including the use of Adobe InDesign, Adobe
Photoshop, Configuration, Corel Draw, Desktop publishing, End user support,

Support, Systems Administration and Troubleshooting.
My studies in Spain and the United Kingdom has also afforded me a great

environments, and also imbibing the ethics of diligence, hard work, a meticulous
attitude to work, with a broadminded and invaluable work and life experience.

This post was a part time student employment and was held throughout my years
as a Cardiff University Undergraduate. During my studies in the UK, I had the

various problems including accessibility, interface difficulties, resolution methods
and overall quality. This job helped to further develop my Information and
Computer Technology skills, with the opportunity of fostering interactions
between students and the University management.

As an English speaking student in Spain, This job gave me the opportunity of a
pivotal role as translator within local circles, and also as a customer relations
officer for both English and Spanish speaking patrons. I also gained invaluable
experience from direct interaction with customers and colleagues, with the
opportunity of working both individually and within teams.
PERSONAL
Outside of work, I am kept busy and engage in various extracurricular activities
including cooking, music, cycling, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and cultural
activities. I have a security certificate from the Highfield Awarding Body of
Compliance, UK, and also hold a First Aider’s certificate. I was an active member
of the St. Vincent de Paul’s Society, Bridgend, Wales. This is a voluntary
organisation, which assists the needy and less fortunate with their daily tasks and
domestic chores. I also enjoy traditional music and social engagements, whilst
striving to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
