Meet with
your case
manager.
Follow the
instructions in
your packet of
orientation
materials.
If you agree to
participate in the
study, your case
manager will walk
you through the
required steps.
This assessment is
used to help identify
your skill level.
To be considered for participation in the EPIC Pilot Program you will
need to enroll in the study. Here’s how:

8. If there is a suitable training provider
available, you will be randomly assigned to
the EPIC or SNAP E&T Services group.
After You Apply
Review
Your application & assessments will be reviewed to
determine if you qualify for EPIC services.
Meet
Before you leave today, schedule a
follow up appointment with the DHS
case worker.

consent form, and complete the
registration for the EPIC study. This
