This document discusses employee life satisfaction in the agricultural sector. It begins with an abstract that outlines how farms are increasingly employing non-family workers due to changes in agriculture. This highlights the importance of human resource management issues, particularly aspects of job satisfaction given the growing shortage of skilled workers. The study examines 200 agricultural employees' job satisfaction. The results show that factors like pay, relationships with coworkers, the job itself, and having a spare job are most important for satisfaction. Overall life satisfaction is strongly linked to management and work environment. As a result, farm managers must increasingly address staff management issues. Considering the growing shortage of skilled labor, the importance of job satisfaction is also growing.
