 At Henkel, succeeded in the achievement of several regional projects within R&D
(New Product launching), Marketing (New Product Branding, Current Product Re-
branding), Corporate Communication (MEA Website Re-design), Regional
Management (Monthly sub-Steering Committee).
 At Henkel, organized seven regional conferences and events in Egypt, Morocco,
Dubai, Lebanon, Jordan, Tunisia and Greece and for which I was honored by the
corporate management for successful completion at the end of each year
 At Henkel, was selected as the official travel arrangements’ delegator and
representative for the Middle East & Africa region.
 At Henkel, was selected as the coordinator and organizer of the pre-Business Review
meetings for the Regional Business Units.
 At El Rashidi EL Mizan, assisted with the completion of the new HQ’s construction
(site seeing, reviewing architectural drawings and price offers, selecting furniture and
construction materials samples…)
 At El Rashidi EL Mizan, assisted in the completion of the Joint Venture with Citadel to
come up with Gozoor as the mother company.

 Scheduling the VP’s calendar, appointments and meetings.
 Handling the travel arrangements.
 Organizing, Taking minutes and following up on all the VP’s related meetings.

Henkel Middle East & Africa 2009 - 2013
Regional Projects Coordinator (Middle East & Africa / 2012-2013)
 Setting up and coordinating the needed tasks for the projects with the Regional
heads.
 Gathering and centralizing all the needed requirements, time frame and following up
on them.
 Solving all the reverted back problems within the process.
 Creating a standardized problem solving model when needed to accelerate the
workflow and meet the deadline.
 Preparing the final presentation of the achieved project reported to the corporate

Office Manager for Regional President (Middle East & Africa/2009-
2012)
 Representing the President’s entity as his office manager during his business trips via
a direct contact with local, regional and corporate related staff. Handling under his
responsibilities 10 countries in Middle East & Africa including 3 Business Units each –

 Coordinating and conducting all the logistical planning for the regional office in liaison

 Planning and Organizing all the regional conferences and social events hosting up to
300 participants - starting from the conference’s concept, motto, all related creative

 Hosted conferences in Egypt, Dubai, Morocco, Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Tunisia &
Greece.
 Assisting in setting up the meetings’ agendas and liaising with the regional team over
the required PowerPoint and Excel presentations.
 Taking the minutes of the Regional ExComs, Board and Strategy Country meetings
held within the MEA region.
 Following up on the minutes’ resolutions and deadlines via direct communication with
the regional functional heads and relevant departments.
